Refund policy
We create every product by hand, therefore, we do not grant any refunds. If you received a damaged or defective product an exchange may be approved. To start an exchange, please include photos of the item(s) that were received damaged to help us with your claim for replacement. Please send your claim to us at info@desiredesscentials.com within 72 hours of the delivery date.
Desired Esscentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
