PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

All orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped within 2-10 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $8 and orders over $100 will receive free shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is shipped. 

Please be sure to provide the correct address when checking out to ensure a successful delivery. All packages will be shipped to the address that is listed on the order. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee even if your order is over $100.

PREORDERS FOR BFBR 2026

Items labeled as preorders are not shipped immediately. BFBR preorder items are intended for in-person pickup at BFBR in May.

Customers must enter the code BFBR2026 at checkout to remove shipping charges and confirm BFBR pickup. Orders placed without this code may be subject to cancellation, delayed fulfillment, or additional shipping charges. Preorders are final sale and are prepared specifically for the BFBR event.

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer local pickup as one of the delivery methods during checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. If you are unavailable to meet during the times listed for pickup you will need to have your order shipped.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We create every product by hand, therefore, we do not grant any refunds. If you received a damaged or defective product an exchange may be approved. To start an exchange, please include photos of the item(s) that were received damaged to help us with your claim for replacement. Please send your claim to us at info@desiredesscentials.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. The buyer is also responsible for shipping cost on all exchanged items.

Desired Esscentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
