We offer local pickup on Saturday’s. Be sure to select local pickup as your delivery method during checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup location and instructions. If you are unavailable to meet during the times listed for pickup you will need to have your order shipped.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped within 2-7 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $8 and orders over $100 will receive free shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is shipped.
Please be sure to provide the correct address when checking out to ensure a successful delivery. All packages will be shipped to the address that is listed on the order. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee even if your order is over $100.
We create every product by hand, therefore, we do not grant any refunds. If you received a damaged or defective product an exchange may be approved. To start an exchange, please include photos of the item(s) that were received damaged to help us with your claim for replacement. Please send your claim to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the delivery date.
